The South Region of Affinity Sutton owns and manages over 11,000 affordable homes in the South East. Affinity Sutton has over 54,000 homes and is one of the biggest providers of affordable housing in England. As a business for social purpose we are committed to helping people put down roots and creating places for communities to thrive.
